I've flown Air France quite a few times for business trips to Tokyo. This last flight was consistent with my previous experiences. I usually book business class tickets because it makes a huge difference on such a long flight, and their product is reliably good. The lounge access passes are always a plus, and the in-flight gourmet meal upgrades are a nice touch. I haven't had any major issues with delays or lost luggage on any of my trips with them. I felt like I got good value for what I paid, especially compared to some competitors like British Airways. The seats were standard economy, nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for the transatlantic leg. The meal service was better than I expected for economy. I'd definitely consider them again if the price is right for my next trip to Europe.
